How do I enroll in a course?
Browse courses, click on one you like, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Complete the checkout process to enroll.
Can I access courses on mobile?
Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on all devices - desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes! Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to all course materials and updates.
Can I download course videos?
Currently, videos are available for streaming only. You can download supplementary materials and resources.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes! You receive a certificate of completion after finishing all lessons and passing the final quiz.
Are certificates shareable?

Are certificates verified?

Instructors
How do I become an instructor?
Click "Become an Instructor" in the footer, submit your application, and our team will review it within 2-3 business days.
What is the revenue share?
Instructors receive 70% of the course price. We handle all payment processing, hosting, and support.
Can I set my own course price?
Yes! You have full control over your course pricing. We recommend competitive pricing based on course length and content.
Technical
What are the system requirements?
You need a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and a stable internet connection. No special software required.
I'm having playback issues. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. Contact support if issues persist.
Can I watch courses offline?
Currently, courses require an internet connection. Offline viewing is planned for future mobile apps.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Go to your dashboard, find the course, and click "Request Refund". Our team will process it within 5-7 business days.
Are there any restrictions on refunds?
Refunds are not available if you've completed more than 80% of the course or downloaded the certificate.
